These imperfections arise from the technical constraints and unique nature of the design and production process. While we make every effort to minimize these imperfections, certain factors, such as the decal printing and application process, may lead to slight overlaps in decals, small dust particles trapped beneath the decals, or minor wrinkles. These imperfections are considered acceptable and do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the product.

As a customer, you agree to accept these minor imperfections as part of the product’s handcrafted appeal, understanding that each piece is unique. We continue to refine our processes to ensure the highest quality standards, but some level of imperfection is inevitable and inherent in the nature of handmade craftsmanship.

Mini Helmets & Replica Helmets

Minor Wrinkles

While slight wrinkles may occasionally occur as a result of the handcrafted nature of the product, they are typically unavoidable and difficult to eliminate entirely. However, if these imperfections cause a noticeable deviation in colour or finish, corrective measures will be taken to ensure the highest quality outcome.

Small dust particles

When addressing minute dust imperfections on certain parts of the mini helmet, there is a potential risk of affecting the original paintwork. This is due to the challenge of achieving an exact match between the paint colour and the decal inks, which may vary slightly.

Dust under decal layers

Due to the process of applying multiple layers of inks and clear films during the decal printing, occasional dust may become trapped between the layers. Attempting to repair this imperfection could potentially damage the outer layer of the final desired colour. Therefore, minor dust imperfections, as illustrated, are considered acceptable.

Decal lines and thickness

Given the design’s requirement to apply decals of varying thicknesses, a subtle outline may be visible around smaller decals. This is a natural part of the technical application process and should be considered as an inherent aspect of the design.

Slight discolouration

Due to the metallic elements in some colour, a few small, discoloured lines may appear on some pieces. Attempting to touch up or fix these imperfections could potentially mute the metallic effect of the design on the mini helmets.

Mini Plexi Glass
